MethoSys Intelligence Built and in use
One intelligence platform for project controls.
MethoSys Intelligence connects to the systems your projects already run on, starting with Primavera P6, and turns their data into answers. Seven modules cover portfolio, schedule, scope and change, cost, risk, contracts and procurement, and the model. They share one core, so every answer draws on the same data.
Schedule Intelligence is built and in use today. The other modules are on the roadmap, and customer feedback sets their order.
Seven modules on one core.
Each layer draws on the layers below it. Schedule and model data feed scope, cost, risk, and contracts, and Portfolio Intelligence rolls all of them up for leadership. Start with the module that answers your most pressing question.

On the roadmap04Cost IntelligenceBudgets, commitments, and actuals tied to the schedule, with earned value, cash flow, contingency, and a forecast at completion.
On the roadmap05Risk IntelligenceA risk register linked to activities and cost, with schedule and cost risk analysis, contingency sizing, and early warnings.
On the roadmap06Contracts & Procurement IntelligenceContract obligations and notice deadlines, procurement against need-by dates, submittals and RFIs, and delay analysis.

Schedule quality, health, delay detection, critical path, earned value, and what-if scenarios. The data backbone of the platform.
Available now07Model IntelligenceModel elements linked to activities (4D) and to cost (5D), with sequence simulation, time-based clashes, and progress in the model.
On the roadmapData flows up from the core and the schedule. Decisions flow back down to the projects.
Ask the AI Project Analyst.
The AI Project Analyst is part of the Intelligence Core, so it works in every module. Ask a question in plain language. It answers from your project data, explains what changed, and runs scenarios in the conversation.
- Answers show the data they rest on.
- Explanations describe patterns in the data, not proof of cause.
- Your project team reviews the findings and makes the decision.
Why did handover move, and what would bring it back?
Handover moved from week 32 to week 33 since the baseline. Procurement of long-lead equipment now runs 13 weeks instead of 10, and it has become the driving path into mechanical install.
In the Expedite scenario, splitting the long-lead order and adding a second install crew brings handover back to week 32.
This describes patterns in the schedule data. The project team should confirm why the procurement duration changed.

From project data to a decision.
Connect your systems
Read data directly from Primavera P6, and from cost, risk, and other systems as modules are added.
Build one data model
Current and historical data sit together, with access that follows your source systems.
Analyze in each module
Each module checks its own area, from schedule quality to contract notices.
Explain and ask
Plain-language findings sit next to the data, and the AI Project Analyst answers follow-up questions.
Decide with scenarios
Test options before committing, from a recovery plan to a portfolio choice.
Where it is going.
Schedule Intelligence is available now. The platform is expanding module by module, on the same core.

Questions about the platform.
Is the platform available?
Yes. The platform is built and in use, and Schedule Intelligence is available today. The other modules are on the roadmap. Request a demo to see it on sample data.
Do I need every module?
No. Start with the module that answers your most pressing question. The Intelligence Core comes with every module, and each module you add uses the same data.
Does it replace P6 or my PMIS?
No. It sits alongside your existing systems and brings their data into one analytics and insight layer. P6 and your other systems stay where they are.
What data does it use?
Today it connects to Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM cloud through P6 Pro Cloud Connect, and directly to self-hosted P6 databases on Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, or SQLite. More connections come with each module.
How should I read the predictions and explanations?
As analytical aids. Predictions are estimates with a range, not guarantees. Explanations describe patterns in the data and do not establish cause, so qualified people should review them.
What about security and hosting?
Data connections are permissions-based, so access follows the rights set in your source systems. See the Intelligence Core, and we cover hosting and data handling in detail during a demo.
